Cancellation policy.
In common with all accommodation providers in the UK, Roses Farm B&B has a cancellation policy. When you book a holiday in the UK you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel your booking for any reason, you may be liable for cancellation charges if the accommodation cannot be re-let. For B&B this is 2/3 of the cost of the stay. Deposits paid at the time of booking are not usually refundable. You may wish to make arrangements for insurance to cover this. A booking made on behalf of third parties is the responsibility of the person making the booking, and the full amount is payable even if the whole party do not use the booking.
